“Tell me about your friends.”
“What’s to talk about them, doc?”
“What’s not to talk about them, Felicia?”
“I am a bit protective about them.”
“I am your doctor, Felicia. Remember, you are here for a reason.”
“Fine. What do you want to know about them?”
“Their names, occupation – absolutely anything you’d like to tell me about them.”
“My best friend’s name is Ted. He is an architect. But these days he is busy with his new girlfriend.”
“And how do you feel about it?”
“I am OK, I guess. I mean I know him well. He loves to get too quickly into a relation and then falls off it as well.”
“But this time its different?”
“She seems unlike his previous girlfriends.”
“What about your other friends?”
“There is Sheldon. But he is my neighbour. I often find myself blabbering with him. But we never seem to understand each other.”
“You included him in your friends!”
“Because we spend a lot of time with each other.”
“Do you have any girl friends?”
“Not really. I mean I know a lot of girls but cannot connect with them.”
“OK”
“Would you like to meet anyone of them?”
“That would be nice.”
“One second. Sheldon should be here.”
“Here? Now? What’s this guy’s full name?”
Felicia quickly got up and went towards the window.
“Sheldon Cooper.”
“And what about Ted?”
Felicia switched on the television and put on Big Bang Theory.
“Mosby. Ted Mosby”
Doc sat on the chair. For the whole part of the conversation he had not realized it.
“There he is, doc. Come and say Hello to him.”
Felicia looked at the TV and waved at one of the characters in it.
“Hey, Sheldon how are you?” and started mumbling as if she was deep in conversation.
Doc could be seen hastily scribbling in his file - patient is highly delusional.
